Mr. CA. M. Phani Raj Kumar is a Bachelor's in Commerce from Andhra University in 1995 and thereafter he had joined with M/S P.S. Iyyengar & Co., Chartered Accountants, Hyderabad as article clerk. Since then he has been exposed to various areas of audit & consultancy at various levels. He is also a qualified lawyer, having obtained his Bachelor's degree in law from Osmania University in 1998. He is one of the founder partners, who was enrolled as a member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India in November 2002. He has qualified as a Chartered Accountant in May 2002. He is also a member of Karnataka State Chartered Accountants. He had become Fellow Member in the year of 2008.

Before getting enrolled with ICAI he was pursuing the profession of Law as an advocate & Tax consultant. He has started his career as Advocate & Tax Consultant in April 1999 by joining Miss. G. Sudha, as a Junior Advocate appearing before the Hon'ble High Court of Andhra Pradesh, D.R.T, I.T.A.T, S.A.T and various other courts & appropriate authorities till November 2000. Later on he continued practicing in his Individual Capacity till he took up the profession of accountancy.

His forte lies in direct as well as indirect taxation, valuations, corporate law, financial modeling, business consultancy, due diligence, business valuation, business plan, project report, viability/feasibility study, bank audits, education institution audits, transfer pricing (both documentation & report), project financing, debt syndication, share valuations etc., He has effectively handled business restructuring, rehabilitation reports and start up ventures in competitive business environments. He has hands of experience in providing total management solutions to non-profit organizations, charitable trusts including representative office. He oversees the entire operations of our firm.

He has handled more than 35 Corporate Audits, 10 Internal Audits including Club House of Karnataka State Cricket Association and had prepared more than 30 Detailed Project Reports, and had handled varied nature of Bank Audits like Concurrent Audit, Balance Sheet Audit, Stock Audit, Revenue Audit, Large Borrowal Audit etc.,

Mr. CA. P. Malaya Kumar is a Bachelor's in Commerce (Honours) from Utkal University in 1995 and thereafter he had joined with M/S Soleti Associates, Chartered Accountants, Chennai as article clerk. Since then he has been exposed to various areas of audit & consultancy at various levels. He is one of the founder partners, who was enrolled as a member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India in September 2003. He has qualified as a Chartered Accountant in November 2002.

He has served as Head – Finance & Accounts in Khoday Group of Companies for 3 and half years having exposure in various areas including Indian GAAP, revenue recognition, finalization of accounts, risk analysis, taxation both direct & indirect.

He is also a visiting faculty of ICAI of various branches and lectures in accounting, financial accounting & costing. He has also conducted seminar on Indian Accounting Standards & US GAAP for Chartered Accountants in various states.

He is also actively engaged in the activities of the firm. He is in-charge of Branch Office. He possesses both Industrial and auditing experience for more than a decade. He is always in pursuit of improving his technical, professional and educational skills.

Mr. CA. G. Arjun is a Bachelor's in Commerce from Bangalore University in 2006 and thereafter he has joined RMA as an Article Student under Sri CA M. Phani Raj Kumar in the month of July 2008 and has completed his Articles in March 2011. He has become a qualified Chartered Accountant in the month of May 2011 and has joined the firm a Partner. He is also a CWA Graduate. He has graduated CWA in March 2009 During his tenure as an article clerk he had completed varied nature of assignments which includes Statutory Audit of Companies, Internal Audit, Balance Sheet Audit of Banks, Transfer Pricing Documentation, Registration under various statutes like Service Tax, KVAT and Assessment proceeding under KVAT, IT Act etc.,
